1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and why999 ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at why999.pro and its associated mobile applications, APIs, and subdomains.

Your use of the why999 platform — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, claiming a bonus, or contacting support — constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, promotion terms, or policies published on the why999 platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

why999 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date at the top. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on the why999 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. why999 strictly prohibits access by individuals under 21 years old. Age verification may be requested at any time.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of why999 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or licensors.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the why999 platform or any affiliated platform.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of why999 services, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Pakistan (or your country of residence).

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the why999 platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. why999 uses device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, and identity verification to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, why999 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bonuses, and in cases of suspected fraud, withhold balances pending investigation.

3.2 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all information on your why999 account remains accurate and up to date. If your personal details change — including your mobile number, email address, or residential address — you must update your account promptly. why999 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your why999 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in with your credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you, unless you have notified why999 of unauthorised access. why999 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

why999 is required by its international gaming licence to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) checks on all account holders. KYC verification may be requested at any stage — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, upon reaching specified cumulative wagering thresholds, or at any time why999 deems appropriate.

Documents typically requested for KYC include, but are not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (CNIC, NICOP, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last 90 days (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account showing your registered mobile number)
• Source of funds documentation where deposits exceed specified thresholds

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by why999 may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights and, ultimately, account closure. why999 processes all KYC documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

why999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players:

All account balances are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). why999 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your why999 account. why999 reserves the right to impose additional deposit limits on accounts subject to responsible gaming controls.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit to your why999 account and which has been verified under our KYC procedures. why999 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Withdrawal requests are subject to review. why999 aims to process approved withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa accounts within two (2) hours of approval. Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are processed within one (1) business day. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are processed within one (1) hour of approval.

5.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification, where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, where an active bonus wagering requirement has not been met, or where an account is subject to a responsible gaming restriction. why999 will communicate any withdrawal restriction to the account holder promptly.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

why999 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside the relevant offer.

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each welcome bonus may only be claimed once per player, household, device, or IP address.
• Bonus funds carry wagering requirements that must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in the specific promotion terms.
• why999 reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage. Live dealer games and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, exploiting promotional mechanics, or colluding with other players — will result in bonus cancellation, forfeiture of associated winnings, and account suspension.
• why999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players who have opted into responsible gaming deposit limits or self-exclusion may be ineligible for certain promotional offers.

7. Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games available on the why999 platform — including Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, live dealer casino games, slots, and sports betting markets — are governed by their individual game rules in addition to these Terms. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, game-specific rules shall prevail for matters directly relating to gameplay outcomes.

7.1 Game Integrity

All random number generator (RNG) games on why999 are certified by independent third-party testing laboratories to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from dedicated studios. why999 does not and cannot manipulate game outcomes. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are verifiable and available within each game's information panel.

7.2 Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure during a game round, why999 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the player's account balance. why999 is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

7.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including PSL cricket betting and other markets — are subject to the betting rules published in the Sportsbook section of the why999 platform. Bets placed on void or abandoned events will be refunded at full stake. why999 reserves the right to suspend or void any betting market where there is evidence of match manipulation or irregularities.

8. Responsible Gaming

why999 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all account holders and may be activated at any time from the Account Settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Receive on-screen notifications at regular intervals reminding you of time spent on the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the why999 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Account Cooling-Off: Take a short break from gambling by placing your account in a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the why999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Using the platform while under 21 years of age or registering on behalf of an underage individual.
• Registering or operating more than one account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players, including in live dealer games or poker-style games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and must be returned.
• Engaging in chip-dumping, match-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation in connection with why999 betting markets.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing why999 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent any security feature of the why999 platform.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the why999 platform — including but not limited to the why999 brand name and logo, website design and layout, game graphics and interfaces, software code, promotional materials, and written content — is the proprietary intellectual property of why999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the why999 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any why999 content without prior written consent from why999.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, why999 and its officers, directors, employees, licensors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the why999 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings
• Loss of data or account information
• Damages arising from service interruptions, technical failures, or connectivity issues
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information or content published on the why999 platform

In no event shall why999's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms exceed the total net deposits made by you to your why999 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude why999's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Termination & Account Closure

You may close your why999 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (net of any applicable bonus conditions) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

why999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or where continued operation of the account would be contrary to why999's obligations under its gaming licence.

Upon termination for cause, why999 may withhold account balances pending the outcome of any investigation. Where funds are determined to be the proceeds of fraud or prohibited conduct, they may be forfeited.

13. Disputes & Complaints

why999 is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and efficiently. If you have a dispute relating to your why999 account, a game outcome, a payment, or any other matter, please follow the process below:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint via live chat or by writing to [email protected]. Include your username, the nature of the dispute, and any supporting evidence. why999 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 4 hours.
2. Step 2 — Formal Review: If your complaint is not resolved at first contact, it will be escalated to the why999 compliance team for formal review within 5 business days.
3. Step 3 — Licence Authority: If you remain dissatisfied after why999's formal review, you may escalate the matter to the relevant authority under why999's international gaming licence for independent adjudication.

Disputes relating to game outcomes must be submitted within 72 hours of the relevant game round. why999 will not consider claims submitted outside this window unless exceptional circumstances apply.

14. Amendments to These Terms

why999 may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, why999 will provide advance notice via email or an on-platform notification where reasonably practicable. Your continued use of the why999 platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, your sole remedy is to cease using the why999 platform and close your account in accordance with Section 12 above.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which why999 holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes not resolved through the complaints process set out in Section 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded from these Terms.
